If you need to make a change, send an email to tecstore@servicios.itesm.mx with the following information:
- Number of order
- Name of the person who placed the order
- Date of when you placed the order
- Product you want to change
- Reason why you want to change it
- Product and size for which you want to exchange it or indicate if you want a certificate for the value of that product
- The response time will be a maximum of 48 hours. business hours after sending the email. Please check your SPAM folder if you have not received a response from us.
- The cost of the guide for the change is borne by tecstoreus.mx. If you wish to make a second change, the cost of the guide will be borne by the customer.
- The period to make changes is 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
- mx may cancel and refund the order after the request to your original payment method, due to its lack of availability.
- The product must be sent in perfect condition and with all its labels.
- If shipping has been charged, it will NOT be refundable in cash or in kind unless the process is carried out for some reason attributable to Tecstoreus.mx or the parcel service.
- Exchanges and returns on promotional purchases will be subject to its restrictions.
